Restricted or unavailable situations We may be unable to provide all or part of the services where the user, business, or end user is subject to sanctions, export controls, provider restrictions, or local prohibitions on the relevant generative AI services. We may also restrict regions, accounts, models, payment methods, or features for compliance, risk-control, payment, upstream-policy, or operational reasons.

User responsibility and changes Users must confirm that the relevant model services are permitted in their region, business context, customer locations, and end-user locations, and must comply with local law and upstream provider policies. Supported regions and model availability may change with laws, provider policies, network routes, or platform risk-control requirements.
